Moonflow: A Homecoming is a six-part series of moonlit and early-morning gatherings for women—a gentle return to the rhythms of your body and the wisdom that lives within.
Held on the full and new moons of summer, each session weaves together breath, movement, art, sound, and ritual to awaken the parts of you that have been quieted but never lost.
This is not a course to fix or improve—it’s a remembering, a soft unfolding, a sacred pause. Surrounded by other women, held by the moon, and rooted in presence, you’re invited to come home to yourself—fully, deeply, truly.
